We offer a lifetime warranty on the color of our water-resistant jewelry. We provide a 1-year international warranty against manufacturing and material defects. We offer a lifetime warranty on our Signature jewelry made of solid gold and lab-grown diamonds.

Good to know: The warranty does not cover wear and tear, careless handling, or damage due to accidents. The warranty is valid only if the care instructions are followed. Save your order confirmation, as it serves as your warranty proof.

WHAT DOES THE LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE GOLD COLOR COVER?

The warranty covers the gold color on your jewelry fading.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE GOLD COLOR?

The warranty does not cover loose stones, lost enamel, pearls, shells, or other embellishments. Additionally, damage due to wear or scratches is not covered. The jewelry is water-resistant, but not alcohol-resistant. This means that you cannot use hand sanitizer while wearing these pieces of jewelry.

DO WATER-RESISTANT JEWELRY DARKEN OVER TIME?

Yes, the jewelry can darken over time. The darkening of the color is not covered by the lifetime warranty.

Yes, all watches are covered by a production warranty. The production warranty covers all production and material defects for a period of 2 years from the order delivery date.
